I bought one of the kits and 3d printed the parts myself from a mix of PLA and PETG. The build time on a Prusa MK3S was about 24hours in total. The kit and instructions are of high quality and go together easily and well. If I had time I would adjust the design of the lid for the power controller, it should meet the casing all the way round and provide strain relief for the power cable and maybe have a ridge or thumb indent to make removal easier. Other than that, it’s perfect for my needs.

I printed PLA and PETG most of the time.
My set up is a Prusa MK3 and a DYI enclosure. The printer is in my office and I wanted to have a clean air climate.
I used a self-made filter, but it did not achieve good results.
I’ve been using the alveo ONE for a year now.
I am absolutely satisfied with it and can recommend it to everyone.

This is a well thought out and well designed item that works flawlessly.
Prepare to spend some time with the whole assembly if you decide to print it yourself. The only small drawback is the somewhat loud fan, which unfortunately restricts office use a bit, otherwise it’s really great!

It is a really nice product. Completion including printing the parts of the enclosure went without any problems. I made a slight mod as I wanted to clean two housings (server racks) standing one beside the other at the same time. So I had to design a sealing element between the housings. Some additional sealing work has still to be done to reach the recommended 80% inlet area in relation to the filtering cross section.

I am very satisfied with the solution. The print files could be printed well by me, I can describe the performance and useability with the external control panel as very good. Unfortunately, the enclosed rubber pads were not useable because they could not be detached from the ground. But that wasn’t a problem, I just used others. One suggestion: It would be good to develop a housing that allows the filter to be used both for indoor use and for use with exhaust air. Then you could use the filter for printing with PLA or PETG as well as for ABS or ASA. I can really recommend the filter.

The product does the job as advertised. The STLs are designed well and print easily without any need of supports. Also the parts are pre oriented and ready to print. The fan, at full speed, is noisy but that can be corrected with the V2 Controller. I designed my own adapter so that I can connect the extractor to an exhaust hosing (like the ones used for cooker shrouds) and extract the air to the outside of the building. Overall, very satisfied.
