This air intake grid is specially designed for the AlveoONE filtering system. Both grids can share the airflow and help to avoid the warping effect.

The air intake grids are made in PETG BLACK GALAXY which offers a good temperature resistance and keeps the same style as the alveoONE case.

Anti-dust grid

On each air intake grids, there is a  nylon microperforated grid with a lower air resistance which catch the visible dust and keep your printer in a better work environment.

Air intake grid position – filtering system AlveoONE

The ideal position for the grids and the filtering position are on the opposite sides. The spaces between grids are at least the printed bed size (including its motion) in order to avoid warping effect from the airflow.

Enclosure with air intake grids

Must mount 2 grids to get the most optimized air intake surface until 1m3 enclosure with the filtering system AlveoONE. A full airtight enclosure is not required but we recommend reducing other gaps and holes as much as possible.
