First positive results for our new fume extraction systems: FE150 and FE350
I. Launch of the FE150 and FE350
At the beginning of March, our team proudly launched two new fume extraction systems, the FE150 and the FE350, designed to improve workplace safety and air quality in industrial environments. These systems represent the latest innovation in our ongoing mission to provide high-performance, reliable solutions for managing Particule ultrafine generated during 3D printing and other manufacturing processes.
In addition, we introduced 2 filtration kits for the Bambu Lab P2S and H2 series.

II. Welcoming Emmanuel to our Team
Alongside the launch, we welcomed Emmanuel to our team. Emmanuel brings fresh expertise and energy to our testing department and is now responsible for evaluating the performance of our new filters. He works closely with Lucas Martini, one of our company’s founders, ensuring that all testing follows our rigorous internal standards and that results are fully documented.

III. Testing Process
For these tests, we used the Kobra S1 3D printer, which is capable of generating nanoparticles when printing with ASA filament. The testing process begins by printing the frames for the filters HEPA13, HEPA14 of FE150 and FE350, which are then integrated into our test bench. This setup allows us to measure the systems’ efficiency in capturing fine particles under controlled conditions.
The initial results are extremely encouraging. Both the FE150 and FE350 have demonstrated exceptional particle filtration efficiency on ultra partilces, exceeding our expectations in preliminary trials. These results confirm that our new systems are not only robust and reliable but also capable of maintaining cleaner, safer air for operators.
This launch and the positive early results reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and the health and safety of our team and customers. We are excited to continue refining these systems and to share further updates as testing progresses on other technologies such as laser cutting, resin 3D printing, and more.
