Like every year, the Alveo3D team walked the aisles of the 3D Print Lyon exhibition, the must-attend event for additive manufacturing professionals in France.
Our goal? To catch up with our customers, exchange insights with leading manufacturers and distributors in the industry, and take the pulse of a rapidly changing market. From strategic surprises to technical breakthroughs, here is a breakdown of this year's edition.

I. The decline in the presence of French exhibitors

We observed, with some regret, a decline in the representation of French manufacturers and players in their own domestic market. This is a trend that raises questions about the current industrial and economic challenges facing the French sector.
Conversely, the show established itself this year as a major showcase for Chinese players. Their strong presence and competitive innovations confirm that Asia is rapidly redefining the standards of both industrial and consumer 3D printing.
II. Rich exchanges with industry leaders
